Colonel Jeff Cirminiello is the founder and CEO of Public Safety Advisory Partners and a senior public safety executive with three decades of experience in law enforcement and local government. In his current executive role with the Broward Sheriff’s Office, he provides oversight across strategy, fiscal management, technology, contracts, performance, and operational support for one of the nation’s largest public safety organizations, serving more than two million residents with an annual budget exceeding $1.5 billion.
Throughout his career, Jeff has worked closely with city managers, police and fire leaders, finance professionals, and elected officials on complex public safety decisions. His experience includes municipal service contracts, budget and staffing analysis, technology investments, chief selection, organizational performance, strategic planning, and major-incident readiness.
Jeff founded Public Safety Advisory Partners to give local government leaders access to independent, experienced public safety guidance when facing decisions involving their police, fire, and emergency services. His work helps leaders ask informed questions, evaluate options, and better understand the operational, financial, and organizational impact of the decisions before them.
